1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of dee2see.com (the “Site”), a DTC eCommerce UX and CX review publication written by Lihi Lothan and operated by S.P-E.com Ltd (“Dee2See”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or browsing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Nature of the Content
Dee2See publishes independent editorial reviews and analysis of DTC eCommerce websites, focused on the creative, UX, and brand decisions behind them. All opinions expressed are personal and reflect the writer’s judgment at the time of publication.
Unless a post explicitly states otherwise, reviews on this Site are unpaid and unsponsored, and we have no commercial or affiliate relationship with the brands covered. If a paid or affiliate relationship ever applies to a specific post, it will be disclosed clearly within that post.
Brand names, product names, and screenshots referenced in reviews are used for editorial commentary and identification purposes only. Their use does not imply any endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship relationship between Dee2See and the brand in question, in either direction.
3. Accuracy and Changes Over Time
Reviews reflect the reviewed website as it appeared at the time of writing. Websites change, and a brand’s site may look or function differently by the time you read a given post. We do not guarantee that any review remains accurate or current after publication, and we are not obligated to update past posts when a reviewed site changes.
4. Comments and User Submissions
If commenting is enabled on a post, you agree to keep comments relevant, respectful, and free of the following:
- Defamatory, abusive, harassing, or threatening language
- Discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive content
- Spam, unrelated advertising, or repeated posting of the same message
- Content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or legal rights
We reserve the right to remove any comment and to block repeat violators, at our discretion. Comments reflect the views of their individual authors, not of Dee2See.
If you submit a tip, suggestion, or website recommendation to us (for example, by email), you confirm you have the right to share it, and you understand we may use it to inform future content without any obligation to credit, compensate, or notify you in advance.
5. Intellectual Property
All original written content, photography, screenshots, and design on this Site are the property of Dee2See unless otherwise credited, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may share links to Dee2See posts and quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the original post. You may not republish full posts, or substantial portions of them, without prior written permission.
Screenshots of third-party websites used within reviews are included under fair use for the purpose of commentary, criticism, and analysis. Trademarks, logos, and product names belonging to the brands reviewed remain the property of their respective owners.

Posts link to the websites being reviewed and, occasionally, to other third-party resources. These links are provided for reference. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any linked site.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

These Terms are proposed to be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with courts in Tel Aviv having jurisdiction
